Refund policy

At Luanda Bunjaku, every piece is designed and crafted with exceptional attention to detail. We are committed to delivering a premium experience and ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Refunds
For ready-to-wear and non-custom items, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that shipping fee-s are non-refundable, and 10% restock fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
If you prefer a different size, color, or available style, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected by our team.

Store Credit
For added flexibility, customers may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be applied toward any future Luanda Bunjaku purchase.

Custom-Made & Couture Orders
All custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized designs are considered final sale.
Due to the handmade nature of couture production:
  • Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Production begins based on client-approved measurements and design confirmations.
  • Changes in personal preference, weight fluctuation, or event cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Our team is always happy to assist with adjustments where possible to ensure the best fit and experience.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us at sales@luandabunjaku.com to begin the process.
Items must be securely packaged in their original condition before shipping.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Shipping policies may vary depending on order type and destination.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@luandabunjaku.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15–20 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you do not receive your refund within 30 business days after approval, please contact our support team.
European Union Customers
For eligible ready-to-wear items shipped to the European Union, customers may request a cancellation or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
