1. Shipping
1.1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are covered by Luanda Bunjaku, unless otherwise specified during checkout or in the customer’s invoice.
Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply in the destination country (see Section 2 – Customs).
1.2. Worldwide Delivery
Luanda Bunjaku offers worldwide shipping. Depending on the destination, orders are shipped via trusted international courier partners such as:
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • TNT
The courier company is selected based on delivery location and service availability.
1.3. Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped during business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
1.4. Delivery Timeline
Due to the handmade and custom nature of Luanda Bunjaku garments, delivery timelines may vary. Once the dress is completed and dispatched, shipping generally takes 15–30 business days, depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Please note that customs processing times are not included in this estimate and may cause additional delays.
1.4.1. Estimated Delivery Dates
Courier companies may display a later estimated delivery date as a precaution. In many cases, deliveries arrive earlier than shown, and customers should not be alarmed by extended estimates.
1.5. Tracking Information
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number (waybill) via email, allowing full visibility of the shipment status.

2. Customs & Duties
2.1. Customs Fees Responsibility
Upon arrival in the destination country, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Luanda Bunjaku is not responsible for customs fees imposed by local authorities.
2.2. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused upon arrival or if customs fees are declined by the customer, the order will be returned to Luanda Bunjaku. Once received back, the customer may be refunded the paid amount according to our Refund Policy.
2.3. Customs Delays
Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for updates if delays occur.
2.4. Assistance With Customs
Luanda Bunjaku may, at its discretion, provide guidance or support to help customers understand customs procedures. However, this does not include covering taxes, duties, VAT, or any additional charges required by local authorities.
